Having formerly served with HM Forces (2nd Battalion Royal Green Jackets, and 4th Battalion The Rifles), it is of huge importance that we as a company support serving members and veterans in any way that we can. To that end, Sentry Investigations Ltd have signed the Armed Forces Covenant promising to do just that. We already offer discounted services to forces personnel as standard, but now, with the private investigations industry being a desired resettlement route away from the military, we will give priority to those who are seeking work opportunities. Our forces deserve so much more and are often forgotten about, so this is the least we can do to show our support!
It is well documented that service leavers often fall on hard times. It is also common to see our veterans living on the streets. This is an absolute shame and should not be happening. The skills and expertise that service personnel develop throughout a forces career are by far superior to what any private company can provide. These skills can be transferred to most civilian sector roles, and service leavers should be given priority with job opportunities for what they have done for our country.
As previously mentioned, when and where work opportunities arise, Sentry Investigations Ltd will give first priority to forces personnel. Not only because they are ex military, but because we know the work ethic they are used to and ability to complete jobs to the highest of standards.
Over the years we have worked with investigators from all walks of life. Whether it be government agencies, police or private security. We know from experience that ex military personnel regularly deliver the best results during private investigations. That is something we are proud of within this industry which is why we will naturally stand by our troops.
